The main activities carried out by the unit are as follows:
- Managing the processes of general assembly, dividend transactions, and capital increases,
- Ensuring that records related to correspondence with investors and other information and documents are maintained accurately, securely, and up-to-date,
- Responding to the written information requests of shareholders regarding the company,
- Preparing documents to be presented for the information and review of shareholders in relation to the general assembly meeting and taking measures to ensure that the general assembly meeting is held in compliance with relevant regulations, the Articles of Association, and other internal company arrangements,
- Monitoring and ensuring the fulfillment of obligations arising from capital markets legislation, including matters related to corporate governance and public disclosure.
