İhsan Kağan Bayraktar completed his undergraduate education at Hacettepe University, Department of Finance and Anadolu University, Faculty of Law, and his master's degree in financial law from Istanbul University.

He served as Tax Inspector at the Ministry of Finance between 2006 and 2011, and as tax director at OYAK between 2011 and 2021. He continues his career as a Certified Public Accountant and has experience in matters such as company and partnership restructuring, partnership agreements, public offering processes.

İhsan Kağan BAYRAKTAR, who has served as a member of the Board of Directors in many companies, has Capital Market Activities Level 3 and Corporate Governance Licenses.

İhsan Kağan BAYRAKTAR, born in 1981 in Ermenek, is married and has two children. He speaks English.
